In February 2007, when we traveled to China to bring our Gracie home, we were blessed to travel with a really amazing group of families - families that we are bonded with forever because we all became parents of beautiful baby girls at the same time.
But there was this one other couple that didn't come to China with us to become parents. They came to support Traci's sister and brother in law as they became parents for the first time. During the trip, Adam and Traci were so much fun to get to know.
A few minutes before Grace was brought into the room, Traci came up to us and asked if she could take our cameras (video and still) to document our special moment. I can't tell you what a blessing that generous act was to us. I'm sure they were the "camera people" for others in our group as well - but honestly the time was a blur! Traci and Adam were there for all of us - not just THEIR relatives. We were all part of the family.
So why am I telling you about Adam & Traci???
It's their turn!!!!!
They will be heading to Taiwan to bring their daughter AND son home!!!
How exciting is that?!?!
And they have opened up a great little "shop" with products to help finance their adoptions.
