This & That

Looks like I had a serious case of "blog neglect" going on already! I suppose it was a combo of lots of everyday mundane stuff going on - school, band, church, head colds, laundry, appointments, potty training, more laundry - you get the idea. So I guess I assumed that there wasn't a whole lot to say in all of that "normal-ness". I am pleased to report that Gracie has made amazing progress on the potty front - to the point that I actually purchased honest-to-goodness big girl panties for her (haven't tried them on, and are a little concerned that they won't fit her tiny hiney, but we have them when she wants them!).

Marching band is in full swing with football games on Fridays and the kids have played two competitions thus far. Here's our trumpets belting out a pep song at a football game:

Crazy as it sounds, I'm really going to miss this stuff next year!
